Return Policy

Sleep Apnea CPAP Supplies does not accept the return of any opened package CPAP mask, mask cushions, headgear, chin strap, tubing, humidifier chamber, etc.  CPAP, APAP, BiPap and VPAP machines and humidifiers can not be returned once the parcel is opened.

We will accept the return of unopened equipment excluding machines, with authorization from Sleep Apnea CPAP Supplies 30 days from date of purchase.  Any authorized return for a refund shall be paid at original price minus 20% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Sleep Apnea CPAP Supplies will take care of any warranty on manufacturers defects.  Please contact us before shipping back to us.  We do need information from you about defect, and sometimes we might be able to help over the phone.  If it is determined that product is under warranty and is defective, the product would have to be shipped back to Sleep Apnea CPAP Supplies for us to handle the warranty and ship back to the manufacturer.  The manufacturer will determine if the product is under warranty.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

In an effort to limit the exposure of COVID-19, we will NOT be allowing customers to come inside our office. We will be fulfilling orders via shipping or curbside pickup.
You will need to call your order in, pay over the phone, and call us once you're at the office so we can take your order out to you.
